ICCBH Terms and Conditions of Registration & Cancellation Policy
- All registrations will be acknowledged by email. Registrations will not be confirmed until payment and all completed details have been received.
- Due to circumstances beyond the control of the organiser, last-minute changes to session titles, speakers or presentations may be unavoidable.
- Cancellations must be received in writing before a refund can be processed. All cancellation requests are subject to review and will not be processed until two weeks after the event ends.
- Cancellations received prior to 23 March 2009 will receive a full refund less £50 administrative charge.
- Cancellations received from 24 March 2009 and "no shows" will be charged in full for their registration fee, and accommodation fee, if applicable.
- Delegates assume all risk incidental to participation in all activities, loss or damage to property, and release management, its employees and agents against any claims.
